Important Information About Changes to the OCM SHOP





IMPORTANT NEWS!


Although I have sent an email out to everyone who has purchased a layout guide, e-Book or downloaded free sketches from the current OCM Shop, I wanted to let everyone know that I am in the process of migrating all my OCM Digital Products
to the platform where I
host my Online Courses
, and will be closing the current OCM Shop in early
February.
While this is a big undertaking and somewhat disruptive, I am
doing it for two reasons:

First,  I am running
out of storage space in the current shop but I have unlimited space in the platform where I hose my courses. That means I will be able to upload more products and keep them available
for longer. (For example, you’ll be able to have access to all 2018 and 2019 1-2-3
sketches, not just those from the last six months!)

Second, it is somewhat confusing to have OCM products in two
different places. When the new platform is complete, you’ll be able to shop for
and access all your OCM courses AND digital products in the same place.  As a small online business owner (and not the
most tech-savvy one at that!)
I am looking forward to a more streamlined shopping
experience for you and more ease of use in the back-end for me.
The unfortunate thing is the two platforms will not talk to each
other. This means that if you purchased an item from the current shop, you will
NOT have access to it in the new shop. Therefore it will be very important to make
sure that you have downloaded and saved any and all OCM products that you have purchased
by FEBRUARY 1st 2020.
***Before I close the shop completely, I will generate a list
of all orders for record keeping purposes, so I may be able to grant access to
a product in the new platform in a rare case. But with almost 10,000 orders, you
can imagine that it would be very difficult to respond to every person that simply
forgets to download and save their products! SO, I do kindly ask that you do
everything you can to make sure you have your products saved for your own future
reference.
If you would like to double-check that you have all your OCM
products, you can follow these easy steps to login to your account in the OCM Shop
to download and save your products:

  1. Go
    to the Organized and Creative Mom Shop by clicking here.
  2. Scroll
    to the end of the product list and click on the “Sign-In” Icon
  1. Enter
    the email you used when you purchased your OCM products into the email
    address field. Click “Get Sign-In Link” button.
  1. Go
    to your email inbox and look for the email from “OCM Shop”. (Note: It may
    take a few minutes for the magic link to appear. Make sure to check your
    junk mail as well!) Click on the green sign -in button contained in the
    email.
  2. Scroll
    to the bottom of the page and click on the “My Account” Icon.
  1. Once
    you click on My Account you will be able to see all your past orders/products.
    Click on each one to download and save to your computer. While everyone’s
    computer file saving system is different, I would suggest setting up a
    folder to save all your OCM products in for easy reference.
  2. If
    you used more than one email address when shopping, you will have to login
    using each email to see the products purchased when using that email.
  3. You
    can also go back through your email archives to find emails from OCM Shop.
    These would also contain the links to download products.
  4. Finally
    if you cannot access products, please email me at organizedandcreativemom@gmail.com
    and enter OCM SHOP ISSUE in the subject line so I know that your email
    requires quick attention.
  5. I
    will be sending out two more reminder emails prior to the current chop
    closure.

ALL PRODUCTS IN THE CURRENT SHOP WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE NEW SHOP IN THE COMING DAYS. IF YOU HAVE BEEN THINKING OF PURCHASING ANY ITEM, I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND WAITING UNTIL IT IS IN THE NEW PLATFORM TO PURCHASE IT. 


That way you won’t have to worry about whether or not you have ongoing access to it or not. I am anticipating that most products will be available by Wednesday January 22 2020. you can check by clicking here and then going into the categories to see if the products have been migrated yet.

I know that there will be some glitches in this process, but hopefully they will be minimized if everyone can take a moment to double check that they have all their products! I thank you so much for all your support of my business, and your patience as we go through this migration, and I look forward to an even better shopping experience as the end result!
